将肿瘤细胞接种于裸鼠脾脏,通过观察裸鼠体内肿瘤的形成情况,从而评价出细胞的转移能力;常用于肿瘤细胞肝转移能力的检测。

技术原理

通过外科手术,将肿瘤细胞注射到动物脾脏中,制备脾脏接种转移模型,通过借助小动物活体成像仪器观察动物体内转移灶的发生、发展情况,评价细胞在动物体内的转移能力,主要转移器官为肝脏,主要适用于肿瘤在动物肝部、肠系膜、全身性转移方向的研究。可提供的建模细胞系有:肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌等。
