肝原位模型通过将肝癌组织块直接在小鼠肝脏进行移植,建立肝癌原位模型,相对皮下成瘤模型,更加模拟肝癌的实际生长情况。

技术原理

先制备皮下成瘤模型,取出皮下肿瘤,切成小块;通过外科手术,将肿瘤块接种到动物肝脏上,制备肝原位移植模型,通过借助小动物活体成像仪器观察动物肝脏上肿瘤的形成、增殖以及体内转移灶的发生、发展情况,评价细胞的肝原位成瘤能力以及在动物体内的转移能力,主要适用于肝癌在体内原位成瘤和转移方向的研究。可提供的建模细胞系有:肝癌等。

结果展示

肝癌细胞感染携带有Luc的慢病毒,原位接种于4周龄裸小鼠肝脏,4周后,活体成像。可见裸鼠体内有肿瘤形成。
