通过WB检测外泌体经典蛋白标志物（CD9/CD63/TSG101）用以鉴定是否分离到的产物是外泌体。
通过对分离到的外泌体进行蛋白裂解后，WesternBlot进行CD9，CD63，TSG101的检测，鉴定蛋白产物是否来源于外泌体。
外泌体进行蛋白裂解后，通过western blot检测外泌体蛋白标志物。
