尾静脉转移模型

将肿瘤细胞尾接种于裸鼠,通过观察裸鼠体内肿瘤的形成情况,从而评价出细胞的增殖能力;常用于肿瘤细胞全属性转移能力的检测。

技术原理

将肿瘤细胞通过尾静脉注射到动物体内,制备尾静脉接种转移模型,通过借助小动物活体成像仪器观察动物体内肿瘤转移灶的发生、发展情况,评价细胞在动物体内的转移能力,主要转移器官为肺脏,主要适用于肿瘤在动物肺部、肝部、全身性转移方向的研究。可提供的建模细胞系有:肝癌、肺癌、结肠癌、食管癌、胶质瘤等。

结果展示


肺癌细胞感染携带有Luc基因的慢病毒,尾静脉接种于4W龄裸小鼠,5周后活体成像,可见裸鼠体内有肿瘤形成
